Export

Turn the workspace into a stakeholder-ready report, then print or save as PDF.

Open Export

Choose Export in the pipeline (⌘/Ctrl+5), or use the Export control in the project top bar. You need a dataset on the project — otherwise you will see that export is locked until you upload.

Export step before generating

Choose what to include

Toggle report sections as needed, for example:

  • Dataset summary
  • Methodology
  • Business problem
  • Cleaning steps
  • SQL / analysis
  • Charts / results
  • Notes
  • Recommendations

Add or edit the brief that frames the report. You can use Draft with AI and revision chips (for example “Make it more executive”) to refine tone — always review the draft before you share it.

Report sections and brief

Generate and deliver

  1. Choose Generate report (or Regenerate after edits).
  2. Review the HTML report preview.
  3. Choose Print (Print / Save as PDF) and use your browser’s print dialog to save a PDF, or download the HTML report file when offered.
Generated report with Print action

Export is the stakeholder handoff. Keep Clean and Analyze honest — the report can include cleaning steps and analysis, so stakeholders see how you got there.
